The first part of the teamwork is “Beach Landing”. The landing project is to use limited resources. All partners will reach the end point from the starting point and the priority arriveer wins. After a series of intensive discussions, we learned to find ways, seek innovation, and solve problems quickly. The second link is the “water intake in minefields”. The water intake project in the minefield is to use a 15m rope, which is placed in a rope loop with a diameter of 5-6 meters, and a water cup filled with water is placed in the middle. Take out the cup several times in any way within the specified time.
The small partners in the activity really understand that they can't cooperate without division of labor. The team without trust can't cooperate closely. The meticulous division of labor before the start of the activity and the mutual trust in the activity are the key to success. After two rounds of the game, the Ice Wolves team was temporarily behind, and the team members accepted a small punishment. After the punishment, the Ice Wolves team had a bigger fighting spirit.!
The graduation wall at the end of the event ushered in the climax of this Sutuo. More than 80 people could not use any props to climb the five-meter-high wall in 30 minutes. The boys automatically form a two-story ladder and use their strong arms and hands to reach the destination. The scene is spectacular, but it is extremely solemn.
After the graduation wall activities, the friends shared their own harvest, and the emotions of each other quietly warmed up in the cooperation of the day.
